Hey Nicola - it has been a while since I have been on this website (thankfully I was on in time to reset my details). I am off work today as I feel a bit burnt out and tearful - coping with anxiety is exhausting! Anyway logged on to your site and I was well impressed! The new site looks great - you must be really pleased with it. You do a great job Nicola - this really is a place where people can be supported.
Believe it or not my job is to help people with mental health issues (even though i have to manage my own!) anyway I am always recommending this site to people. Keep up the good work. Nicola.x
