Since Boxing Day my MH seems to be taking a nose dive and I just don't seem able to get on top of things
My mind is working overtime and won't slow down and I'm feeling very overwhelmed and scared. I feel so isolated and lonely and have the terribe fear I may be hospitalised again and the thought of that terrifies me
Is this going to be my life now in and out of hospital !
This too shall pass !!

I've found Christmas overwhelming..have you tried the MIND helpline? It's brill.
