Thread: Fuzzy thinking!

    Fuzzy thinking!

    Hi guys,
I'm on day two of low dose Lexapro and the whole day I've been feeling a bit like a zombie. I'm preparing for my PhD thesis defence and I can't afford to be zonked all day unable to function mentally at the moment.

How long does the fuzzy thinking normally last?

Any tips to combat it? I was wondering if taking before bed rather than in the morning may make me better able to function during the day?

I've also been noticing tinnitus all day - does that last?

    Cheers,
    Heather

    Re: Fuzzy thinking!

Hi heather, I take mine around 2:30pm on average each day. It seemed to help stop me feeling so tired in the mornings and throughout the day.
I was lucky and never got tinnitus so sorry can't give any advice on that one.
I hope you start to feel the benefits it soon. Leah.

    Hi heather

I take mine at night as it makes me very sleepy . I too felt like zombie when I took it in the morning.

I am taking my medication in the evening as well. I will see if that helps from being so tired. I have to say i dont ever want to be off these meds. Feeling so much happier.
