    Feeling very very low

My dad (an alcoholic) has just come home absolutely wasted and decided to pick an argument on my mum who has medical problems. He does it quite a lot and i just broke down big time. Been crying non stop for hours with how bad my life seems to be at 25. Had this all my life, can't afford to move out, lost my long term gf, pretty much housebound and I'm not getting better. Feel like things will never get better :(

I'm so sorry. I hope you and your mum are safe?

It must be difficult living with an alcoholic. I'm sure it doesn't help your mental health.
We have to have hope things will get better.
Wish I had a magic wand!
