It’s on the BBC…we’ve downloaded it.

it’s about how the SAS started…a bunch of rebels really. Obviously they got a bit more ordered as years rolled by. Couple of famous actors in it, well if you watch GOT and HOTD, they are famous. I think it’s adapted from a book and was bought to screen by Steven knight of Peaky fame. Bit of background rock music which adds to it. It’s a bit outrageous really but I like it.

Having a puppeh has certainly seriously cut down my binge-watching time..

However, just finished The Royle Family (for the hundredth time).

Best episode: Queen of Sheba (Jim's TV remote rant is hilarious).

I've never watched The Royal Family, just seen snippets, but I'm sure it would be right up my street. Secretly it might be something I would binge watch.

This thing with Hancock is suspicious. From zero to hero.

There were reports in the media that some people thought they were bullying him. The usual media guff where they quote a few posts on social media with no qualitative data.

Now the media are saying his PR team are running an online campaign to promote him. Tiktok users are falling for it.

I see Mike Tindall mentioned careful placement of his voting number and how he turns it around when Matt leaves camp

Could be his PR selling the anti bullying support to younger, more easily influenced (well, gullible) people.

He has done well in camp. He got stuck in and has portrayed himself as ok. Whether that's him I've no idea but it didn't work out so well for Boy George being bitchy looking for fights. And Moyles seemed put out Hancock stayed in.

Funnily enough we were talking about whether it's the PR manipulation angle on social media last night then up pop the reports. I just can't see how, even though he is doing well in camp, it swings the vote away from all the negatives about him (public feeling). Nadine Dories went in years ago, got all the tasks and was booted out first . She wasn't as controversial other than leaving her constituency in the lurch.

Hancock is getting 400k for going in. He knows he can't stand again in the next elections. A positive outcome in the jungle and he will be all over tv.
