Good series. The author has various books out for this, some of which I've seen in the series. The BBC had a series on for her other books, which seemed liked.

My mum likes Vera so I got her a couple of the books as she loves reading.

The wife and I have been watching "Love it or Leave it". It's a show about homeowners who are torn between staying in their current home or moving. They bring in a realtor and an interior designer. They look at new homes and a re-design of their current home and decide to stay or go. It's cool seeing all the different homes and the renovation but.... the money most of these people have? Holy smokes! Most have over $100K for renovations and are looking at homes in the $1 Million dollar range! Heck... I sweat paying less than $1K in rent and utilities ~lol~

Im currently watching 'The Hollow Crown' repeats on BBC4

Rory Kinnear is such a good actor

Yeah, I loved her too. My mum always says her mother used to give her the same disproving looks when she didn't like something my mum had said.

Aren't they just?! I bet they aren't looking at the clocks & watches either.

I'm surprised they don't offer them a cup of tea whilst there. With the NHS the only way is to go in undercover or you get gold service, probably with a chief exec standing behind the cameraman all day long.

Recently finished watching Spartacus a bit gory but a good series.

Also enjoyed Black Sails

But nothing can beat Game of Thrones although Vikings comes a close second
