pregabalin prescription in Scotland

Any other members had this prescribed in Scotland?

Hey mate, just registered to say i have just been prescribed this yesterday through my CPN after she talked to Psychiatrist at 200mg a day, 100 in morning 100 at night.

GP had never even so much as mentioned it to me.

EDIT: should have also added that since about 17 ( will be 30 this year ) they have given me almost every antidepressant/SSRI i can think of, with one psych even giving me risperidone (which i cant even remember the 2 weeks i was on it haha ) until around a month ago when i had a bit of a breakdown and was prescribed 10mg of diazepam ( 5mg in morning 5mg at night ) and had been on that for about a month which helped me massively but CPN feels pregab ( Lyrica not generic if that helps ) should do an even better job and had it prescribed to me directly through Psych. hope any of this info is helpful to you/understandable. Head is a wee bit cloudy on this stuff haha.
