A little encouragement that helped me!

Hello all! I do not know how many of you here believe in God or read the bible, I try to keep my thoughts and actions with God but fail all the time Sometimes I believe that God keeps me in anxiety because it keeps me grounded in his word. I dont know that this is true just a theroy of mine. Anyway I was in the mist of a really bad panic Attack about 7-8 years ago and out of the blue a verse poped into my head, so I went to look it up and here it was... Philippians chapter 1 verse 6.... Being Confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Hope this is encouraging fo you as it was for me! I wish everyone here an axiety/panic free life

I believe in "God", but I am not a Christian, so not in the same way that you do Bennydog, I follow a Hindu path, using meditation and spiritual reading, but whatever helps you..........Hindus believe we all have the same God anyway,
just a different name.
