Penis issue please someone respond !

I do suffer servers health anxiety for over a year now

Recently I noticed the head of my penis is white at the top on both sides at the top . Looks like a lack of blood or something . I'm not sure if it's always been like it but the stress is killing me . I have no pain , discharges spots or lumps .no itching . Just the colour is no the same as the rest of the head , please please reply for reassurance !! Thanks so much oh I'm 30 by the way

I think if it was a lack of blood it'd become quite apparent if you try and think of certain stimuli and its unresponsive!
