Hello ladies
I'm 25 and I've started to notice that a week before my period is due, I've been getting really bad PMS, but new ones developing all the time. The most recent one is breast/nipple pain and tenderness... I know it definitely happens but it kinda gets worse every month.
Does it get worse as you get older?

Yup. When I was a teen my periods were nothing but now they are horrible. Got even worse after I had a kid. I love my hot water bottle for my cramps.

I found mine got worse as I got older which I why I went on the mini pill to try and help out with the mood swings and physical symptoms which thankfully it did. I was diagnosed with PMDD which is a severe form of PMS. When I was a teen it was mainly just mood swings I would get before my period but as I got older it became more physical and was a nightmare. Luckily now I only get a period once every few months now instead of every month.
