Ectopics - Update

Hi Guys N Gals,

I thought i would write a post as i havnt been on for a couple of weeks.

I was having really bad ectopics and was petrified of them, after talking about it for 6 months i finanlly quit smoking about 4 weeks ago and i can honestly say my ectopics have gone from 30+ a day down to a we a day somedays i dont notice any!!!! So my moral is lifted and im starting to feel better which is great after two years of a living nightmare!!

So if you having ectopics and u smoke try ur best to quit - it really helps.

Hi Sean,

Im glad that quitting smoking has helped!!!! I think its a mixture of things that can set mine off, and sometimes I just cant find any reason for them. I just hate the fact that they can control your life......

well i am pleased your ectopics have got better i have been to a frends farm for lunch today and yep ectopics started i was so scared i am getting so scared of them now i do smoke so i will think about stopping and see if it helps
