CBT IN Maidstone, Kent

Hi

When I asked my GP about CBT, he was a bit vague about it and said that my Psyciatrist would have to refer me, Im not seeing him until April now and Im sure the waiting list is really long.

Would anyone know if there is a private CBT course I can go on in Maidstone, Kent, or nearby and how much it would cost?

Try the BABCP Register to see if there is someone local to you.

Failing that maybe your GP could give you a recommendation.
