thanks again turbo.There are no dark fields in my vision but I have seen shimmers at least I think I have and defintly have seen distorted spots . I am focus on my eyes every hour on an hour and think that I'm almost trying to see things. I just dont know why I'm doing it . I'm almost sure its and detachment but the eye doctor tells me my eyes ar fine
