Whilst I can't offer much advice just wanted to let you know you aren't alone in your struggles. I feel very similar to yourself feel like the worlds against me. Even those close to me don't make me feel happy or give me a reason to get up in the morning.
Is Citalopram the first antidepressant you have tried? I took it for a short while 3 years ago and it made me feel really strange I had to switch. It's a battle finding the right med but eventually one will work for you (assuming it's not a dose issue).
