High self-esteem

Just curious if anyone in this forum has high self-esteem? Or are all people with anxiety generally also people who suffer from low self-esteem?

I'd guess most people here will, like myself have low self esteem, I think it's the route of my issues.
I'd also be very interested to know if there is someone that bucks the trend though?

I have high self esteem. I think I'm great! And I'm too sure of everything I say and do.
I believe my parents taught me to love myself well and they are the same.

I have pathetically low self esteem. I don't even like speaking to people as I hate my voice.

I have low self esteem / anxiety most of the time BUT I do sometimes have mania where I can feel indestructible but Im not sure thats the same as high self esteem
