a few days ago i got two bug bites in the same place....i scratched them and it left scabs (i live in brazil so its common to get mosquito bites all the time). Right now I noticed that the area around the scabs is red, and it wasn't like this yesterday. I'm so scared it's flesh eating bacteria, I want to go to a hospital but I can't....

That could just be inflammation which you normally get around a wound. It's part of the healing process and allows for nutrient rich blood to get to the wound.

Petty sure flesh eating bacteria doesn't come from bites.

Keep an eye on it, it's probably fine, but if you notice any heat or a red line tracking from your bites, go to the docs for antibiotics. It won't be flesh-eating bacteria!
