nose bleed

So I picked my nose a little yesterday and found I had dry blood up my nose. Since yesterday I have been checking my nose with tissue and quite high up my nose there's blood. I'm not sure what's causing this. Initially I thought it was a cut but now I can find it up both nostrils.

Should I be worried about this? I dint have a history of nose bleeds either so this is odd to me.

Winter = low humidity = dry nasal passages = irritation = bleeding = normal. Run a humidifier.
