I am a can of soda.

No, but in all seriousness, does anyone else get popping bubbles in their throat and ears? Kinda feels like they rise up from my chest and come out my throat and also pop in my ears. I only notice this symptom when I am very stressed.

Being stressed alters our breathing pattern and we swallow more air and breathing becomes more shallow, which in turn alters the oxygen /carbon dioxide balance, so it's probably the result of this that the respiratory and digestive systems are trying to redress the balance. In other words..excess gas! Hope that helps.
