I love a bit of Ant and Dec too! I really hope they continue with the celebs in houses being told to do and say random things.
I must admit that its nice to have some real relaxing 'nothingy' television to watch sometimes, stuff thats just entertaining for entertainment sake.
Ant n Dec's takeaway is like that, it doesn't require too much effort and the lead presenters just have that certain charisma that makes them watchable.
Saturday nights need less talent shows and more family drama and entertainment, thats what Saturday nights are made for.
Dudley Moore: Do you feel you've learnt by your mistakes here?
Peter Cook: I think I have, yes, and I think I can probably repeat them almost perfectly.
I dont understand why nobody in the UK has bought in the Late Late chat show that James Corden fronts in the USA
I've seen it and it would travel quite well
A sattelite channel would have a field day with it ?!?

He always seems to get negative press in UK but I love him

I've always enjoyed "Casualty" on a Saturday night. The story lines are a bit naff now but the show is 30 years old in the Summer and dear wooden Charlie is set to be at the centre of an explosive storyline...
my wife likes Lisa Tarbuck at Saturday teatime but I find her a bit shouty

I use to love Lisa Tarbuck on The Big Breakfast, I've heard her a couple of times on the radio too. I always remember her telling her a story about how her dad wanted her to understand the meaning of money so she had to get a job whilst she was still at school .... yet her dad use to take her to school in a rolls
So Charlie is going to be in another crucial Casualty storyline. I thought he was a goner in the last one where the boat blew up but he survived.
