Hi bit of a weird question I was sorting all min an kids clothes out I felt fine before I did but after I started to feel dizzy an going hot an cold an bad belly ache! Have I over done it somehow because I don't think I was doing to much? Thought I'd see if anyone else felt this was after doing something???

Kim, its quite possible that this is a very normal thing.
I sometimes feel dizzy after doing something if I haven't looked after myself that day e.g. Havent eaten regular meals and so Im low on sugar ( dont have to be Diabetic to have mild hypogalcaemia from time to time ), theres not enough information to know but its also possible you have a virus.
The first thing with anything like this is to treat the symptoms and then if they do not settle to find an expert and get a diagnosis.
