Hi there I am a 43 yr old female and do have an issue with health anxiety, however these past few months I have had what I can on describe as pin prick or tingling sensations all over my body. Along with this I get muscle twitches in my thigh and a feeling as though my leg is cold although it isn't. I have been to the GP who didn't seem overly concerned and advised a complete blood count. This came back as low iron only . I am convinced I have MS or neropathy.
