Yep, I do. Disney films are great whatever age you are.
When I am depressed or feeling anxious I watch any 'feel good' DVD to either distract my mind or just feel better, like you say. Comedy films are good for me, things like 'The Hangover,' '21 Jump Street' or 'Horrible Bosses'.....all laugh out loud films.
I think things like that are very important with mental health issues.

I know what you mean...I think that particular Horrible Boss would be more like a DREAM boss for a lot of blokes, LOL.
