Since deciding to come off ADs which I felt were making this issue far worse I have not been great at all. I had one period last night where I suddenly felt normal again so I suspect that a lot of what I am going through right now is actually part of withdrawing from the ADs as this was never as bad before going onto them. I am trying my best to simply allow my mind and body to find a balance again. Today is not a good day though. I feel completely trapped in my mind today. Like I cannot escape at all. I feel very anxious and just wish it would go away and let me feel like things around me are real. I do think that sometimes I am doing this to myself a bit by obsessing so much but it is incredibly hard not to obsess on something that is so mind bendingly hard to get out of.

Heya, thanks for replying sorry to read that you've not been feeling great, but the fact that you had a period of feeling normal is a good sign. I can relate to things not feeling real and agree that it's really hard to stop obsessing over these things
