    hoping for prolonged peace

    Hi all

reading through the symptoms page on this website was a bit like a ticking exercise but was also really comforting as I have been struggling to accept that I have anxiety only, think I fit into the health anxiety bracket.

I am currently on beta blockers and SSRI's (all fairly new as I just got to the point I needed something anything to help)

I am being told I am doing all the right things, yoga which really helps, exercise, relaxation, even bought a mindfullness book but still not in a place where the anxiety has passed completely. I had about ten days where I felt great and then boom out of nowhere, I am making progress on working through the symptoms and not having a full on panic attack though which is an improvement but the beta blockers really help with this.

think its good to talk and dont have many friends so throught this may be a good place to start

    Jen
