Spotting/Bleeding Mid Cycle?

Hi all.

I'm just looking for a bit of advice/reassurance. I finished my period 9 days ago and for the past couple of days I've had a bit of spotting. Bright red and mainly when I wipe...sorry for tmi. I'm currently full of cold and had a coughing fit today which led to a bit more blood. I'm not sexually active or on contraception so I can't possibly be pregnant. I'm 33 and never had a mid cycle bleed. Always regular as clockwork so I'm quite worried and anxious. Any advice would be massively appreciated.

Seriously, there are so many things. Honestly I'd just ignore it. It happens. If it gets worse then I'd go in, otherwise I'd just pass it off as a weird cycle.
