    Hi Lisa,

I used to take round everywhere ' the little book of calm' and a tiny 'stop panic' book that I would haul out along with
rescue remedy, lavender oil to sniff and a few nuts to help me through the shaky stage . You could print out a few of the posts that you find helpful and take them around too.

**I feel, or rather know, I have once again returned to square one **

How do you know this will not pass. It has previously and it will again this time if you look after yourself.

A good cry is so good for you - it releases calming hormones and acts like a pressure release valve.

Sarahs positive affirmation is great and keep repeating which ever one you choose to use.

Kepe close to us here for a few weeks till you get through this blip .

    Hi Lisa

Sorry to read you are feeling how you are. Only normal how you are feeling when it gets too much and waking up crying obviously in your sleep you arent relaxing and it is your way of getting it out.

Know how it feels and although not easy it is one way that you are coping with it. Crying is a good point although we all feel like a failure doing it but it lets out emotions we hold in and by you doing it in your sleep it is your body and mind saying you cant hold it in so we will do it when you are not consciously thinking of it.

Any help or support i can give you i will mate.

    Love Sal xxxxx
