tingle/vibrations on head making me feel dizzy!!

Ive had a massive episode and major set back with my panic and anxiety and im having so many sensations ive never had before!! For instance,when i put my foot down hard i feel it shaking my head/vibrating and it makes me kinda dizzy,also when i eat/chew,i feel every road vibration in my head when im in the car,im having the same thing!! Head feels abit sore afterwards.Does anyone else have this,finding it very scary xx

I have had the strange head feelings and the dizzy feeling and off balance , had it for years .I suffered terribly with it .

I had to work hard to ignore the symptoms and that isn't easy but it eventually went away a few months back, i still get it trying to take over me at times but i kick it out lol and carry on with my daily activities .

My feet also used to vibrate when i placed them on the floor or when i was relaxing in bed trying to sleep but again i had to work hard to ignore it .
