Hi, I have this weird problem where when I close my eyes sometimes my eyes twitch and so does my body. It only happens on ocasion and I notice many things. One is that I've been like that all my life and as a little kid I'd laugh at it and never bothered me and actually went away until I devolped anxiety. Two, it only happens in the dark (ig when I'm getting ready for bed) I was going to the bathroom a few minuets ago and I closed my eyes and started to twitch and my leg shaked a little bit and I went into the light and then I was fine. I'm almost too afraid to Google as I'm afraid it could be some severe nerve damage or some rare disorder. I'm quite frightened by this and I need answers.
