Looking for love

Just kidding.

But I do anticipate spending a good amount of time on here in the coming weeks, so I thought I'd introduce myself.

I've suffered with anxiety for nearly 4 years and it has gotten progressively worse, to the point now where I can constantly waiting for a panic attack to happen, and deep depersonalization hits me at regular intervals every day. I'm about to start going to counselling once a week, and the doc's have prescribed me Sertraline, but I'm terrified of taking it.
I'm hoping this site will act as its own kind of therapy during this time.

Anyway, it's nice to be part of the community and I look forward to chatting with you guys
