I feel very apprehensive about even saying this, but... After a horrible day filled with stress and anxiety, my mind has just randomly entered a very calm state.. I feel more in control of my thoughts and feel hardly any anxiety minus the apprehension due to the last few weeks..

Is this the meds finally balancing out? Heres to hoping that it carries through into tomorrow.. even my temperature is normal again, its been running very low since starting the Citalopram. Coincidence?

Don't focus on it or how it's happening, just enjoy it. The more you enjoy the good feelings the stronger you become and your thoughts become positive. Don't be disheartened if it doesn't last, it's good signs though. You're on the road to recovery ����
