OCD Death Prediction/Premonition Need Help?

So this is kind of a long story but ill try and make it short. So i have really bad ocd and i basically fear everything, anyway one day i was on the internet and saw this guy passed away at 32 of cancer, and a couple days later i questioned my own morality and how long i had, and after that a thought popped into my head that i would die in the year 2045 at 48 years old. So a couple days later i asked my mom for help and she said she thought she would die at 29 but she is currently 40, but i guess my ocd kicked in and i thought in 2029 i will be 32 just like that guy i saw on the internet and seeing it was that that gave me this thought i must be true. Now im freaking out because i keep seeing 29 and 32 everywhere, and im nonfunctional most of the day. So my current thought is in 2029 at the age of 32 i will get some serious illness and finally die in 2045 at the age of 48. Im so scared i need some advice.

I had one of these recently. I thought by the time this one game came out I would either be dead or in prison for something I didn't do. This was in a November and nothing happened but this could just be all a dream and maybe I am just dead. It's gonna be okay. This is just anxiety playing you. We are here for you.
