Hi. I'm 32 female and have had anxiety off and on through adulthood.. it got very bad a year ago after being laid off and unemployed for a bit. I finally got a good job (literally a week ago) but the anxiety is still here.. lurking..
my biggest issue is dealing with anxiety affecting my relationship. (or okay destroying them). I would love some advice on this.. any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
