Itchy white rings under skin of hands and feet??
I started getting these small white rings on the bottoms of my feet when I would visit my boyfriends house. As soon as my feet came into contact with the rug there would be intense itching and I'd have to wear socks. About a month and half later I now get them on the bottoms of my hands and feet at my own house, and they're getting bigger and more frequent, and now leave behind red marks. I'm not sure if it's some form of contact eczema that's turned into stress induced eczema or what. It's been something that's been worrying me a lot lately, just because I've never had anything like that before. They kinda look like spaghetti-o's under my skin. I've been having a lot of depression and anxiety issues with birth control, so that's why I think maybe it's stress induced, but I really just don't know!!
I will add that by "white ring" that they are more pale that the surrounding red irritated skin where you can see a distinct ring shape. They're usually pretty small but sometimes can be the size of a pencil eraser
