    Hard stomach

    Does anyone else get a really hard stomach after a bowel movement? Especially below the belly button, its freaking me out! It take ages to go back to normal again :(

    I don't get this after a bowel movement BUT i do have it all the time when i'm stood up. It hasn't gone back to normal in ages. :/
