Numb Face

Hi everyone I'm new here so I wasn't sure how to find a thread on this.
For a few weeks now, I have been getting a numb right ear, numb under my right eye, & also just below my right ear. It kind of feels like when you've been to the dentist & the numbness is almost worn off but still there. It comes and goes but it's there most of the day.
I went to my doctor and she sent me for an MRI. I am waiting for results but I am TERRIFIED I can't stop crying. Anyone had these symptoms that turned out to be nothing?

I've read that tension in our back and neck muscles can cause this, then to top it off you start concentrating on it and it seems like it gets worse but that's just how powerful our mind is.

I just figured out how to see replies on here.
My MRI came out clear but my blood results showed pernicious anaemia
My b12 was very deficient and that's what causes numbness and tingling
I'm now on weekly b12 injections
