Just thought I'd quickly post about just how much help this site has been to me, I suffer with anxiety which is unrelenting, specifically health anxiety. To come here and read about how some of you are pretty much identical to me makes me realise how common it is and it's not something we have to battle alone. So to summarise I've been reading here for a while but never really posted anything so here is a quick thanks!
