I have health anxiety specifically about cancer. All day I feel like I have a lump in my throat when I swallow. I know I am focussing on it, which makes it worse. I am just ha I g a panic attack over it. Any help? Please?

You've probably read many of my responses.
Cancer is an uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells. It doesn't come and go nor does it stop once it stops.
What you describe is in the symptoms section.
