Fear of Sickness With Panic Attacks

Hello,

I've always had emetophobia ever since I was really young, but recently whenever I have a panic attack, the phobia strikes and I'm terrified of becoming sick. What could I do? Any advice or anybody else suffers with this?

I suffer with this and although I've never needed it, I airways have a bowl near by encase the worse happens... But I want to remind you, I have never needed it. Soery it couldn't be better advice, keep smiling xx
