Agoraphobia, emetophobia, tokophobia, basically, scared of everything!

So I decided to start a blog. I know it seems I am pimping myself slightly, but I'd really like this to be somewhere people may find help, through my stories, and others'.

I conquered tokophobia (fear of childbirth), and qualified as a midwife

The emetophobia left me, although I still struggle daily with agoraphobia, and more generalised fears and worries which I am hoping to share.

Its still early days, but I am hoping to share what has helped me, and encourage us all to stop hiding our fears and phobias and being ashamed or embarrassed by them.

How you feeling Kirsty? Iv had agoraphobia 10 years, not been abroad for 13 years. I can drive around small town and small roads, can't go on motorways or huge cities

Wow, you conquered tokophobia! I wish I could say the same. I'm currently in therapy trying to get over it but it's hard :(
