So I decided to start a blog. I know it seems I am pimping myself slightly, but I'd really like this to be somewhere people may find help, through my stories, and others'.
I conquered tokophobia (fear of childbirth), and qualified as a midwife
The emetophobia left me, although I still struggle daily with agoraphobia, and more generalised fears and worries which I am hoping to share.

Its still early days, but I am hoping to share what has helped me, and encourage us all to stop hiding our fears and phobias and being ashamed or embarrassed by them.
