    Flying next week please need advice

    im flying next Tuesday at 6 and I'm so scared .... I've took 10mg diasapan and its hasn't worked so I was thinking having a drink because I don't worry wen I drink I don't relli wanna take any tablets because it's not me I'm on citaopam and propanol so I just hope drinks works for me notnalL works any advice please
