The world is frightening and foreign. Am I going insane?

I'm the same, even when distracted I'm still thinking of how strange I feel / how strange life is / how strange things look / what if things aren't real / am I going mad.

I'm so sick of it

Sertraline is starting to help, but I cant seem to stop worrying about everything you just mentioned. Even when I get fed up and decide to say screw it, my mind is just naturally anxious and wants me to continue to worry. Its maddening.

A little bit.. I still feel this all day, but to a lesser extent. Have a hard time enjoying life with constant DP. My thoughts are also still very anxious and strange, but I think the Sertraline is helping with distraction.
