About 10mins ago I eitha ran or walked quik upstairs can,t remember. But my heart was punding that's ok but it,s only just settled down and it was like pulsating in my back. It scared me.

I get this everytime I suddenly go from sedetary like standing or sitting down and then rush up stairs or whatever. Its purely because your heart beats much harder because of your sudden exercise. Mine is worse if i go from sitting to moving. It can be slight posural hypotension where you blood pressure does not quite keep up with the sudden change and I can sometimes feel a bit waffy headed for a second or two. I feel the pounding in the back of my head for a short time.

Yes same as me. And im cold n feel pulsating I sometimes do when im cold. In back and chest
