    Fluoxetine not working anymore

    Hello,

    Hope all is well.
I'm taking fluoxetine and it is my 9th week. Anyways on my 3rd week i felt much better! then on my 4th week my anxiety came back so the doctor said i should increase to 40mg. After 3 weeks on 40mg am still feeling anxious, insomnia, butterflies and no energy at all. I have been taking .5 lorazepam everynight so k could sleep!
Is it going to work or not?
Please if someone could help i would really appreciate it!

    Thank you

I had the worst time on fluoxetine, i thought the worst of everything , it actually made me worse.then i got sertraline( of which i can say works better on anxiety) and nothing is that dark anymore.home is good, work is good , i sleep through the night( major issue before).Maybe you should talk to your dr ask for another option.wish you the best
