agoraphobia and anxiety

hello all not good at writeing stuff well heres my story im 32 had anxiety 10 years and bousebound 6 atm i cant go out im even scared 2 go 2 the loo my friends dont understand can i make friends with people here who understand thanks baz

Sounds like you are in a tough situation with the agoraphobia.

Have you had any treatment for it?

Keep your chin up Baz, it's hard work iv had agoraphobia for 10 years, your not alone

Oh sweetie, I have been like that and am pretty reclusive now, I won't go out unless I really have to. I can do a short walk where it is quiet and maybe to a local store but big cities, no way! But at the end of the day know it is up to me to over come this. But I have had such bad anxiety I have found it hard to go to another room too and feel really anxious for a while afterwards....the mind is such a horrible thing. Hugs xx

big hugs ,i have had many years of bad anxiety also i cant go out alone im 63 ,i manage to take my dog for a walk early in the morning but its very quiet here
