no more panic poem

[Pink Princess]

I was so full of fear
i was suffocated by panic
it gets so hard to breathe
its out of my control
i think everything will hurt me
i think everyone will shout
my fingers get numb
my body starts to shake
but then i found a website
somewhere i could go
everyone understands me there
theres nothing they don't know
we all help each other
we cheer each other up
its helped me gain control
i can now survive attacks
so now i win, nothing beats me
no more fear
no more shaking
no more weakness
no more panic!
