    Hey,

    For me the 'feelings' have kinda faded for a couple of months now.

    My head feels normal and also my perception of the world has returned to normal.

    The only thing that is still lingering are the obsessive intruisive existential thoughts. I constantly think about how strange existance is.

    Hopefully these will start to diminish aswell.

    There have been lots of times where I've 'felt' somewhat normal. Like when I'm doing my Crossfit workout. But as soon as it finishes my mind goes like. "Wow this crossfit is kinda strange bla bla bla".

    Hey mrose, that's great that the feelings have faded and that your perception of the world has returned to normal. I can totally relate to the obsessive intrusive thoughts re life and existence being strange, it's so frustrating how loud these thoughts seem to shout, even if I'm "distracted" by doing something else the thoughts are still there going "life doesn't make sense" "life is strange bla bla". Hopefully it's something that fades in time. My dr told me it is OCD but without the compulsions (known as pure O).
    Hi Ian, one of the mental health nurses I saw also told me I would most likely feel worse in a mental ward (when I was asking if I needed to go in one)
