Hi all. Well I have to be honest I never thought this moment would come but I am almost 7 week at 20mg citolapram and yesterday I was definitely feeling like my old self at times. Even when I was not totally feeling it I still felt loads better than I had. Today still a much better day so I'm hoping that things will continue to improve. Right up until Friday I was feeling so rubbish and was thinking of quitting but I'm glad I've held out and that's mostly thanks to the support on here. I guess I will still get some bad days but don't we all. Keep strong all. The citolapram survival guide is also a great support. If you feeling unsure read it. One other thing if ya really not improving or at all unsure get back to docs!!
