November Flight

Might be flying in the second week of November from Philadelphia to Florida. Feeling a little concerned about turbulence. I know it is safe but it is more the bouncy feeling in my stomach I can't stand. Looking at fairly early morning flights. I thought November would be a time for smooth air but I think I may be wrong. Has anyone flown during that time?

I'm not actually sure what causes turbulence, is it changes in pressure?
Either way, I've had a total of 7 flights this year and only 1 of them had any turbulence and it was over and done with in maybe 2-3 mins, Odd's are you'll get none I'd say, it's not a nice feeling but if you do get any remind yourself it'll be over very quickly. Hope that helps!
