Went back to visit place it first happened!

Hi

I had my first panic attack in Poundstretcher, in Hastings, back in October.

We went back there on Sunday. I stormed into the shop, right up to where it happened, bought a drink and was fine. Really proud!!

When we walked along the stretch of road to go to the amusements, I came over all funny, really faint and dizzy and had to sit down. My legs wouldnt work properly either!

Finally got to the amusements and I was totally fine, it was really noisy and bright. On the way back to the car, I felt funny again.

Why would this happen?

Ive been incredibly dizzy the past month with palps, GP says "its just the anxiety"! Is there anything to take for the dizziness and palps?

I think you got your self so excited that you acheived the goal,and were already probably anxious and this is what made you feel dizzy ect.

I totally agree with Nigel, try not to think of the little odd bits of anxiety and more focus on what you achieved!
