    Hey i am 5ft 1" and weigh 10st 12lb !!!! cant believe it but its true.
    I was 7stone 8lb when i met my hubby (poor thing ,lol).

    But this week I have been really really really good so will find out tommorow how much i have lost.

    kathy , well done with your weight loss , its a good start.

    Well survived a 2nd week of dieting and got weighed last night and had lost another 3.5lb - was amazed - so 7lb in 2 weeks not bad. Think I like the WW diet as it's counting points and I have found that my favourite chinese takeaway (Chicken & Mushroom Chow Mein) is very doable with the points so at least I can still have a treat if I want to. Also managed to go out for Sunday lunch and still keep within the points for the week so was very pleased.

    Only another 59.5lb to go

    I'm continuing to maintain my 2 stone loss and infact lost a couple more pounds last week (from having a bad cold and not being hungry) which is making my new jeans much more comfy - I think I will just continue to hover around this weight really, as I am nicely at the lower middle end for my height range. I could go down another stone if I wanted to but I think where I am is just about right for me!

    My approach now is to work within my daily calorie amounts which as I mentioned before are 1100 if I need to lose and 1700 if I want to maintain. I had one day last week where I went well over 1700 cals but then just adapted again the following days.

    The next thing for me is to exercise more to tone up now!!

    Lost 1.5lb this week - so not too bad - knew the 3.5lb a week wouldn't last for long but 8.5lb in 3 weeks isnt' too bad!

    Still all in the right direction. Don't know why but finding diet at the moment quite easy - I'm sure will have bad times with it- but for now just making most of being able to stick to it

    well done ,you are going the right way!

    well last week I lost 1.5lb , then I went last night and put on 1/2lb ?????

    I was surprised cos Ive hardly eaten all week (hospital worries) , but then when I checked my book , a pattern is emerging , the week before my monthly I make a gain !

    The good thing is , I am now JUST into my size 12 jeans again , yippee.

    Well done Mirry - don't worry too much about the .5lb - in past I had same problems before my period - though thankfully I havent had to deal with those for about 9 months now due to start of menopause - though think that is partly why put on a stone so quickly - so swings and roundabouts I suppose!

    Had lost another 2.5llb when I went to get weighed last night 11lb in 4 weeks - I'm amazed - sure it will slow down bit soon!
